Reforestation Program
Reforestation:
Various agricultural projects emerge from the Mission’s
outreach. The reforestation project focuses on Cypress trees, consisting of
a substantial orchard and seeding project. The Cypress tree flourishes in
Guatemala and has many uses, one of which is construction lumber. The reforestation
project is housed amidst the Mission’s other agricultural
projects that include an experimental farm, coffee export, and bee keeping.
The Reforestation Progam star 24 years ago, Toribio Chajil Is the encharge of this proyect with many years of experience.
John Williams He was very interested in the reforestation of the country and he was studing the Cipres Trhee, doing the best work with that theys now continueworking with this project
